Athletes and performing artists need to be both mentally and physically strong in order to perform at their optimal level, as well as to be able to deal with the normal highs and lows in their careers. My mission is to help you reach your peak performance level by giving you the mental edge. Throughout the consulting journey, I am dedicated to inspiring and motivating you to build confidence in your career and everyday life by giving you the skills needed to feel more focused and in control.

Consulting Sessions:

I offer both individual and team/group consulting sessions to athletes and performing artists of all ages and levels. Coaches who wish to improve their coaching experience will also find sessions beneficial. Seminars are also available.

I work with a variety of ages, athletes, and performers. My experience includes:


-Figure Skaters of all ages (seminars and one-on-one)

-Hockey Players
-Synchronized Figure Skating Teams
-Middle School Girls' Basketball 
-High School Football Players
-Dancers

-Gymnasts
-Various coaches of all sports and levels working on obtaining their Masters in Sport Coaching through the University of Denver  

-Adjunct Professor, instructing the Practicum Class for the University of Denver’s Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology program (September-November 2018)

**In addition to working with athletes and coaches, I also offer supervision for consultants working towards certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

45-60 min sessions are $100
